We are a small family owned and run bakery located in Rylstone, in the Central West of NSW, 57kms east of Mudgee. We bake fresh bread daily in our historic woodfired oven including white, wholemeal, multigrain, bread rolls, ciabatta, sourdough, French stick, cob loaves, fruit loaves, and finger buns. Our pies, sausage rolls, savory triangles, and sweet pastries are all made on the premises from fresh ingredients each week. Open 8am – 5pm 7 days a week.
